For account, billing, privacy, or room-check help, email jcsdevacc@gmail.com. Include your app version and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or private room photos. Tidyr AI is provided by Cambrien Snyder.

Subscriptions
Manage or cancel your Apple subscription, including a trial: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel billing. Refund requests: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Restore purchases inside Tidyr using the same Apple Account that subscribed.

Account deletion
In Tidyr, use Settings > Delete my account, or Account & privacy during onboarding. No subscription is needed. For additional data requests, email the support address above.

App restrictions
To stop restrictions immediately, turn off Tidyr in phone Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access. Keep essential apps out of your blocked selection. AI checks require an internet connection and can make mistakes.
